Friendship of Salem
The National Park Service contracted Scarano Boat Building, Inc. to build a fully operational replica of the Friendship, an 178' three masted merchant vessel launched in 1797. She has been delivered to Salem, Massachusetts, and is on display there. The rigging will be completed under the expert supervision of David Mullen.
